It has been requested that we have two HOA meetings a year.  Our first meeting will be April 7th at 6:00 PM.  Location the new Clark Pleasant Branch 350 Clearwater Blvd. in Whiteland.

The next HOA meeting date will be Thursday, October 20th, 2022.

The 2022 neighborhood yard sale is set for September 23 - 24.

NEW:

We are planning a neighborhood party for Summer of 2023.

We are looking for volunteers for the planning committee.  It will be led by our treasurer Debbie Stewart.  Please send an email to tracycommonshoa@hotmail.com if you would like to be on the committee.

There will be food, games, prizes and donated prizes.  Everyone is welcome to come but only those whose dues are paid up may register for donated prizes.
